# Penpie Recovery Token (PRT)

The Penpie Recovery Token (#PRT) is a 1:1 USD-denominated token issued to compensate users impacted by a previously addressed incident.

In line with PIP-15: Recovery Plan for Users Affected by the Penpie Exploit, Penpie has minted 31 million #PRT tokens dedicated to addressing compensation.
